Second time under treatment. First time 3 years ago for my knee. Super helped, still free of complaints. Now gone for my neck, after 1 treatment already significantly improved!

For more than two years I experienced pain in the hip region during the night. Which constructively deprived my night of rest. Previous treatment with another practice did not result in improvement. Eventually ended up at Roeland Sloots of Physiotherapy De Leeuwerik. After an extensive and careful intake, Roeland started the treatment, on the one hand with a solid massage and on the other hand with targeted exercises to tackle the problem and to maintain progression. Already after a few treatments I had my night's sleep back, what a relief. Then we started to complement my already existing sports routines with targeted exercises to preventively solve the problem. Hereby I was very well coached in the implementation of various existing exercises and I got good new exercises to add to my sports routine. The practice has good facilities and helped me in a short time from a long-running problem. Now continue to strengthen the problem area, Roeland also continued to show involvement.

It has been four months since I had my last treatment because of a sports hernia. To this day, I am free of complaints and I can play football freely again. Theo and especially Roeland thanks for the weekly customized treatments!

Due to a knee injury I was unable to run for a while. After a number of treatments I can fortunately do this again. So very satisfied!
