I had three relocations with DE VERHUIS BUTLER team (one of which out-of-country). Their service was always perfect: on time, reliable, accountable, flexible and capable of managing any last-second setback. Moreover, the price was in line with my expectations. Nothing else to add than BEST IN CLASS.

The service was good, even though we also did the packing and moving ourselves. We hired 4 movers, but it wasn’t efficient as we thought it would be. We were also charged extra costs than was agreed in all the emails. The movers didn’t use the building elevator to speed things up, and as a result we had extra costs. They saw in advance everything we had to move, gave a cost estimate which was completely off in the end of the day. With several years of experience, that shouldn’t be the case. Another inconvenience was that they only accepted cash, and we are asking for the invoice since then, but with no success, only excuses. I had better experience with other moving companies.

We are very thankful for the great experience. We can accommodate everyone to choose De Verhuis butler as a moving company.
