It's great that this young entrepreneur is given the opportunity and tackles it. What is less great is that the old owner BERT did not knowingly handle his affairs properly! And Björn leaves with the misery. Regarding agreements made or promises about new shoes that are broken after having walked on them a number of times! What is great is that Björn picks up the case and DOES choose a neat solution and, clearly, goes for the satisfied customer !! Björn good luck and have fun !! I will come back again for sure.

I do not recommend this store. The owner was not at all customer friendly. Because I only wanted to try on the shoes and order elsewhere, I got a nasty response. Very unfortunate! Such a person should not work in a store.
