Very good stories and a beautiful shop !!! Also bought nice shoes. I think. The 1st run is yet to come. BUT, you cannot help your customer for more than half an hour. Then you will have to work with an agenda if there is limited staff OR be more flexible and just help 2 or 3 people at the same time. That can be really easy.
