Since we no longer have a car, renting a car is the only option for us to come to the Amsterdam hospital, especially in these difficult times concerning the Corona. That is why it is so important that we can build on the agreement made. For us it was the first time that we made a reservation at this branch in Capelle West, and the first impression came to us like a warm bath. Jan Willem gave us excellent information about the conditions, and accessibility was made very easy for us to pick us up, I call that service! This also gave us a mental relief, so less worry for an already loaded day. The car was ready for us when we arrived at AutoHopper early in the morning. After a short explanation of the enthusiastic man who delivered us the car, we were quickly on the road. Everything in tip-top order! Even being able to bring extra straps and a dog for the move. We will come back for the next removal job! And before I forget, there were even blankets ready to transport the stuff undamaged.

Picking up the car was also pleasant, I was kindly received and helped on the way. The car drove very well and the handling of the rental period went well. If I need a car again, I will certainly rent it again through Autohopper van Roggeveen!

Rented the bus, was in excellent condition, parking is abundant (saves a lot with renting in the city), pleasant and personal service, and we got a package with something to drink and snack. That made the long journey pleasant. Recommended.
