Rembrandt Hotel Leiden

Had this hotel booked for mid april for a wedding. Due to COVID-19 this wedding was cancelled and postphoned. I let this know to the hotel and they didn't offer any compromises (reschedule date or lower cancellation cost) and still charged my card fully. Seeing the situation the world is in (I didn't ask for COVID or a cancellation of my best friends wedding), I'm very dissapointed. All other trips I've booked had offered me refunds or change of date free of charge. Regardless to say, when the wedding is taking place, I'll find myself another hotel.

The room itself is fantastic, however the bathroom a bit small, and unfortunately during my stay the heating system is not working, so its a bit freezing inside, but still recommended 👍🙂

I had a perfect stay t Hotel Rembrandt in Leiden. I was there for a business meeting and made may reservation last minute. The front desk stuff was very accommodating to my needs. The room was comfortable and cozy. Very affordable price for the quality of this boutique hotel. I would only suggest to improve the lightings and the light controls.

Located within a stones throw of the station. This humble hotel attempts to stretch the norms of hotel concept. It embraces tech with its optional keyless entry system. It embraces the artistic with its beautiful interior. To fit this all in some corners were cut, limiting accessibility in places. A really comfortable stay.
