Always good experiences at the multi pie .. until today. Ordered different types of flan a week ago. Today I could pick up my order. Unfortunately, the ordered pies were not available in the shop or, if there were, there was not enough of them. Ultimately having to choose other pies. Which is special, because an order should always be present in the store! The owners did not show too much professionalism in this. The employees grumbled at each other and felt that the customers had too little patience. Fortunately, the taste is always good! But I'm going to get my pies elsewhere in the future.

I inquired by phone about gelatin-free pies. The lady I spoke to was very helpful and knew what she was talking about. Fine with special diets and allergies. Are also bakers who in 2020 say "they don't bake here in the store themselves, so we don't know".

I do not know how your pies taste, but you deal very indecent with people where you have placed an order of crockery (20 pieces). First order something and have it packed carefully and then (even after several messages) not hear from you anymore, I think rude in this case an understatement.

Neat store and the order I had done was ready. Arrived at home, the cake was not cut as well, he had broken up quite a bit. In the store I did not check it because I assumed it was ok. Cake was tasty, but from now on I cut it myself.
