In the morning, at their request, I emailed a PDF with the booklet of the funeral to them. I could come and see the sample copy at 15:30. This was not as I had asked: without thicker cover, the photo on the front not in color and everything was printed on "thin" paper. In addition, the margin was very tight, it was half a centimeter from the side while my printout was good. I did not accept it in the end because it looked very sloppy and that for € 225 excluding VAT for 140 books! Thankfully, Easy print was very accommodating, thoughtful and friendly. They have printed it for € 110, in color and with a thicker cover. They have thought along and without $ signs. They have even been able to stay an hour longer without making any calculations, to make it right!

Quick and well helped by a friendly person. And afterwards when they found out that it was for a good cause we got extra discount without asking. That's class! Furthermore, the company looked super licked. Nice waiting room and showroom etc .... Really a must!
