Marloes helped me and another friend of mine to search an accommodation for 6 months in Nijmegen. It was not easy to find a good one. She was helpful and together we found finally a place just on time.

Scammy and shady people, only ready to do the minimum. Such a waist of money. No work ethics. Also only look at pararius. Not worth anything.

Absolutely fraudulent and incompetent service when it comes to Tulip's tax filing services. I strongly advise you not to deal with Tulip for any tax issues as we eventually had to pay back all of the tax refunds that Els had erroneously calculated due to her total lack of knowledge and the Dutch government's right to recuperate tax revenue up to five years from original filing. I recommend that you hire a chartered accountant or tax specialist when doing your tax filings and stay well away from Tulip Expat Services which seems to exploit the vulnerability of newly arrived expats. However, Tulip seems to be slightly more knowledgeable of the real estate market , which hardly is a feat given their total incompetence in Dutch tax law.

I approached Tulip Expats Services in March 2017 to assist with setting up the 30% Tax Ruling for myself, however from the moment they took payment from me I was treated with disrespect and made to feel unvalued as a customer. For 3 months I did not receive any update on the progress of my application and for the entire process I had to constantly chase them up to receive any information. On average it required 2-3 emails and 4 phones calls to get one reply on the status of my application. In October 2017 I was advised that my application had been declined for reasons that should have been made transparent to me prior to invoicing me. Whether this was due to negligence or just an oversight it was completely unprofessional and makes me question the skillsets that they boast on their website. I made an official complaint to them by email and by post and followed it up twice only for them to completely ignore them and refuse to respond. They were also contacted by De Geschillencommissie on my behalf, only to refuse to correspond with them as well. Overall the experience has been completely unprofessional and has resulted in me wasting my time and money. I have attempted to resolve the situation by various means but the fact that they are refusing to reply to all my correspondence has made any resolution impossible.
