Bad customer service, my complaint has not been dealt with after a basket. From a transaction abroad of 90 euros via online, 56 euros was plundered from my account as costs, I did not get any proof of this expense. Why are the banks not transparent and do not allow them to see costs for an assignment via online? that goes against consumer rights. According to the bank, I even have to figure out the costs in his website. We are in the 21st century in ICT world? It goes against consumer rights and transparency. Thanks for this I transfer it to a better bank that is more for the environment and not invest in the palm industry. See webiste of environmental defense.
