The bank has not been available by phone for weeks. The website is also half working. Have the feeling that something is going wrong at this bank. I'm going to close my accounts.

Have been a customer for about 35 years, but the service is deteriorating enormously. I find it incomprehensible that the office at the Statenlaan is closed on Saturdays: people who work full-time should be able to go there on Saturdays, right ?? !! Furthermore, you will be referred to the online environment for everything, where you have to search to get something arranged. I am leaving here, I am thinking of ASN or Binck. Just find out whether you are referred to it less often online and / or if urgent matters are easier to arrange. It has become a matter of principle for me. I also have less good experiences with ABN as a (new) employer and with AAPF (pension fund): they let me build up too little pension and they also invariably respond after the announced response period, not to mention the Tine of voice that eg at Zwitserleven as a pension fund is a lot nicer. Had I not checked my pension accrual, this would probably never have been discovered and I just accrued too little. Scandalous!!!
