Unfortunately I went to the Health Center this morning for nothing to have blood taken. Perhaps it is smart (and clearer) if the website text about this is adjusted. it turned out to be necessary to make an appointment! Nowhere could I find out that the appointment had to be made via star-sph.nl, I could read this on the spot on an announcement. It is especially annoying to have to be sober all morning and then not be pricked.

According to my referral letter, I have to be at President Kennedylaan 15 and that it will open at 8:30 am. I came there for the first time and so I am not that weird (I think) did not walk around the big building and just stood at the front door where their name can also be read. 8:35 the doors open, and I enter. I had to search ff because it did not state what it was, but I did report to the front desk with a full waiting area. I say that I have stood for it and that there is no indication of a different entrance. The receptionist told me that I should have walked around. To which I answer "why is this the front .... why should I walk if it is not indicated". The receptionist then told me that it was not right and that it is all well indicated behind the building. The receptionist does not look at me comprehensively and then does nothing with my complaint / point ... as if I am crazy to wait at the front door. I think it's a bad thing if you just can't say "there you have a point ... I'll pass it on".
