The building is a bit old but there is cleanliness. The place is very special because of the location overlooking the water level. There is a parking inside the hotel for 10 Euros. This is one of the most important features because standing in these areas on holidays is almost impossible and expensive.The most important feature of this is that you can bring the dog with you for an extra fee of 10 euros .The receptionist was very helpful young men and gave you tips to get to know the area's features . When you left the place there was great cooperation from the staff member and gave you very useful advice as a stranger to the area.The place is very handy for spending the night (sleeping ) and not for a holiday inside . I would highly recommend it

If you are in a hurry it is a nice place, it is over priced if you are a student. The cleanness it is not a strong for them but at least you are very close to the beach.

Some of the pictures are outfated already, but the building is rennovated already! A little problematic with check in but they see to it that we have place to stay for the night and later on they moved us to our appartment. If you are booked at the backside, you will get a fantastic view of the lake. Though its near the railings of the tram it is still not noisy. Great for one week stay or longer bec its cheap and room is nice!

If you're a little nice to the staff, you'll have a great time there. On arrival we were asked 60 euros for parking on site by the owner. While it said on booking.com that you can park for free on the other side of the road. There was an employee sitting next to him who was already beckoning to us during check-in. Then she came to our room to tell us that the owner had ripped us off because we just parked across the road for free. Too bad, but we thought at that time to keep things together, there is also no fuss about it here. We had a small room that was clean and otherwise a great place to sit outside the hostel. Here you could also go with your own consumption. For the price a great place, 12 minutes walk to the boulevard and a good connection to The Hague. Conclusion, pay attention to the choices you make here and be well informed about what to expect.

Not recommended!! We did not get our deposit back, although we left the room clean and undamaged .. the reason for this was because we are supposed to have not kept the rest of the night ... employees are very incompetent and unprofessional .. the room was very dirty and inadequate, They wanted to put us in a cellar first .. outrageous !!
