BKS Parking - Zwarte Pad

A pretty narrow road, kind of expensive (which is to be expected in a large city next to the beach), but mostly disappointed with how few charging spots there are for electric cars (located at the very beginning, in case you drove on and missed it, like we did). Other than that, it is very close to the beach (a 5-10 minute walk, depending on how fast you are), so it serves its purpose.

Good location, you walk right down to the bars and restaurants. It's on a street, so there's no safety of a garage, but it didn't seem unsafe. Paid about 6.50€ for ~2h I think (you can pick the time and price by increasing/decreasing in 0.10€ steps).

Parking was ok. Close to the beach. But very expensive

Good to reach. Either free as they’re renovating the place (winter) or not too expensive (summer). Keep in mind: All of Scheveningen is very crowded and expensive to park in, when it’s sunny. Best to take public transportation.
