I went to Nolten kids to buy sports shoes for my daughter. I am a regular customer there and buy shoes there for my both kids. I chose the shoes and went to play in the play area with my daughter. A bit later, the employer came to ask me to come to the cashier right away to pay the shoes. She was not nice and we were kind of kicked out. I am not willing to go back there to be treated in such a way.

After a third bad experience, my rating is certainly justified: First time I was very poorly advised for the first shoes of my baby who made his first steps alone: ​​alas I realized a little late that they had been sold to me already too small. Second opportunity a few months later, right to the error, I buy this time a nice pair of sandals which, in view of the price, and the fact that they were leather, appeared to me of good quality. No, they were torn (??!) at several points the second time my son had them at the feet .. I return a few months later (thank you lack of competition ..) for small rain boots, 25 minutes before closing time. At first I bothered the saleswomen in full discussion who seemed more concerned not to sell to resume the gossip with his colleague. I take this opportunity to tell him about my mishap with the sandals, so that she knows: "next time come back earlier" point.
