STAY AWAY FROM THIS CONTRACTOR. They are unprofessional, make false agreements, deliver half-done job and are above all unethical towards the customers! There aren't enough words to describe how horrible this company is. Yousri Assaad will lie to you every chance he has for making an appointment, not pick up the phone and will only wait for you to pay the money. The warranty they give does not mean anything! My nightmare with ASSAAD started in January 2020 when I had to do a renovation of my roof (50m2). It is December 2020 now and I am unable to even get them on the phone to complete the job. I made a big mistake paying them on the day that they "finished" and once they received the money they stopped even answering their phone. - left my roof uncovered causing damage to bedroom and office which they still haven't fixed - left drainage without proper connection and caused damage to my kitchen roof and walls - lie about completion of the job - lie about appointments and makes up excuses why they didn't show. No notice about missing appointments - simply do not show and hide from you - do not pick up phone or reply to emails
