Great hotel! We really enjoyed our stay there. (Two adults and one baby.) It was cozy, well organized (with all the measures COVID related). The breakfast for room service was delicious, good quality and more than enough. I only wished they would have had more extensive room service food options, but what we tried was excellent.

Very good restaurant. Good breakfast, nice bar and nice location, good room. Do take into account that there is some noise from tramtrains passing by

3 days of relaxing by booking 2 different arrangements clearly laid bare the Carlton Beach hotel’s inability to administratively process agreements correctly resulting in unexpected 50 euros extra costs! When checking out I found that the price for the room was 50 euros higher then advertised online (Lazy Sunday Arrangement, 49,50pppn, it’s still online), and the local staff were “full of understanding”, but nothing could be done about it. I’m supposed to be called by their “happiness manager”, but no amount of managing can restore the condescending tone of the local floor manager talking down to me. She clearly did not care about a “guest” leaving happily with an overall decent experience. For me it’s not about the money, but the principle how I was treated and the inabilty (or unwillingness?) of the person in charge to come with an agreeable solution. The total opposite of a well executed Service Recovery fell my part. So in short: I will be taking my business elsewhere and never be staying at this hotel again, and advise everyone reading this review to do exactly the same.

Clean and bright hotel located right on the beach. Staff are friendly and accommodating. The only reason it was not given the full 5 stars was due the air-condition not working properly. Love the huge balcony.
