Albert Heijn Willem de Zwijgerlaan

For some reason this particular Albert Heijn doesn’t accept international cards at all. God only knows why. If you have the card with you, you’d be able to withdraw money from the ATM inside. Otherwise, no luck.

Good grocery store. You can buy fresh fruits and veggies and all for a breakfast and lunch. Also u can find there shampoo etc, but not a lot of these kind of products. I recommend to this cleaning stuff and cosmetics go to the special cosmetics store.

Nice clean store with self checkout. Can find most staple goods here. Like most merchants in the Netherlands the store does not take other country debit or credit cards. For example a USA bank debit card. So if your visiting or just moving to The Hague it's best to pay in cash.

It's small but has good selection of grocery and household items specially food.
