we have been renting tools for years here...Last weekend I got the tapijtreiniger, which is always available for 1 day-fee over the weekend but on return of it I was told that the guy made a mistake (when renting it to me) and I have to pay for 2 days: 54 eur from sat lunch till Monday morning! We wont be back& will definitely wont advise your place to friends& colleagues...Shame!!!

Unfortunately not to speak that way and is not what I was used to until recently. After being picked up too late by Boels, it has been going on for a few weeks now (at own request ) to receive a correct and complete invoice. Again received an incorrect invoice with incorrect rental period. Also not called back after questions / comments about possible damage when returning rented materials ..... Apparently too few or insufficiently heavy cables, while equipment rented in consultation is tailored to the situation. (I am a layman) Advice may / apparently not been complete or was done by someone insufficiently experienced, something that sometimes occurs everywhere and where lessons can normally be learned. However, trying to (unilaterally) submit this to the customer without consultation without properly figuring out what really happened seems to me to be really short-term policy and certainly not professional.
