Beautiful blinds, easy to install

Friendly sellers, took plenty of time for me well past closing time. The surveyor was knowledgeable and gave good advice. However, more than 3 months, a wrong delivery, all kinds of partial deliveries and a lot of back-and-forth emails about statuses, otherwise everything is still not in order. I understood that they have grown considerably in a short period of time and that the logistics leave something to be desired, but come on, take a few fewer orders and deal with the outstanding ones correctly. This could easily have been a 5 star review, but for now I really can't rate it higher than 2 *. This is also reflected in many of the reviews. If it goes well, then it is great, if it goes wrong, it immediately goes wrong. Very unnecessary, the blinds fit to the millimeter, the service on the line is super friendly, as is the surveyor / installer.

Last September we went to the window coverings shop in Rijswijk. Here we decided that we wanted blinds. We discussed all our wishes with a salesperson there and she then sent us an email with our wishes. Then everything was set in motion. A mechanic came by a few weeks later to measure it. Something went wrong there. I had indicated that we wanted a ladder band on the blinds (and this was already stated in the first email). He had not included this in the quotation, so we have now received a ladder cord. We had still checked the quotation, but we did not know that a ladder cord was different from a ladder tire. Precisely because we had indicated everywhere that we wanted a ladder tire, we thought this was the same. As soon as the blinds were hung, I immediately called customer service. They say this is our own fault. Well, we understand that it was also partly our fault by agreeing to the quotation, but we certainly think this is also an error on the part of the mechanic. To set up ladder tires now will cost us 300 euros and we will lose the blinds for a month. We are very disappointed with how this turned out and is now being handled .... In the answer below Window Coverings writes that we have come to a suitable solution. We certainly are not. They have not contacted anymore and we still have to pay the 300 euros ourselves.

Terrible experience this year with this company, started with an order in May, knew exactly what we wanted (had also placed an order the year before and were now moving, so we were outside in an hour. Driven by in July with a question, it turned out that the fabric was no longer there ... they would still call, but had forgotten ..., picked out new stogf, everything suddenly turned out to be 2000, - more expensive, but that was only a small amount per window, only if you bought something from 19 windows Then it will go into the papers. Finally ordered, it turned out that this fabric had also run out, made a new choice in August, it would take about 3 weeks ........ So that was almost 3 months (10 once called what was there, but they were busy with it and could not last long) Now 1 curtain was made incorrectly, too narrow and now a new one has to be added. Afterwards asked if this could become a vertical blind. it is already in "process" to my question what that means (already made? Next week in?) no answer get rd, no it is in process at studio, in other words those people are too bad to get something out of their process ... while I have been badly helped by their ... NEVER again this company
