This company does not understand what diameter is and would rather argue with you that 27-30cm is the same as 18-21cm. They would not refund the costs of return shipment (EUR 5.70!) for products which are clearly wrongly described on their website. People like that don't deserve business! Save yourself hassle and don't bother, is my advice.
