Staff if very friendly and helpful and passionate about the sport. New shop location shows a lot of promise. My go-to airsoft shop in the Netherlands (I tried approx 8 other shops in the region).

Ordered for the first time through the online shop. Very fast delivery despite all the current delays. Neatly packaged with everything that goes with it, such as a return form. For me this is certainly worth repeating.
