I saw everything online rave reviews was very curious, but I thought it was not for me. I hope it works but everyone has a different opinion about something. I would rather have sat on the terrace for an hour than this.
Because of all the reviews, we thought it would be a lot of fun, but it was especially strange. The story was not easy to follow and it was mostly very eccentric, but not particularly beautiful or poetic. If you like really crazy art you should go here, but for us this was a bit too weird.
Sunday January 27, 2019 I traveled to Delft with 2 girlfriends specially to visit the house of Madame de Berry. A wonderful experience with one downside, because unfortunately we were not allowed to see Lady de Berry herself .. She was not present? That's why 1 star less.
We found this disappointing, but nevertheless the visit to the house and all the beautiful rooms was a wonderful experience
It is a dream, it is an experience, it is hard to describe, but I would recommend everyone to visit the wonderful world of Madame de Berry. Every room in the house is a work of art and consists of several works of art that together with the story and the soundtrack ensure an intoxicating trip through time and space. Book well in advance via the website and only visits on Sundays.
Magical dream trip for the whole family (children from 11 years). You enter - although in the middle of the city center - in a baroque, poetic world and the 50 minutes float by :)
