Until now, always treated with respect, until today! Unfortunately, I was not aware of a takeover of the company by another owner. I had made a reservation and went floating (cabin a little less clean than before). When I came back and wanted to leave I was asked if I had a subscription moment. I explained that I still had 2 credits through ticket auctions. I was told that the company had been acquired and it was no longer monetized. In addition, the tickets had expired. I had an agreement with the other employee under the then owner that the tickets could be redeemed and then the end date would not matter much anymore. I tried to explain this to the desk clerk Surier, but without listening to my story at all, I was confronted with hostility that the tickets had expired. He literally said 'you could try but no', as if I was lying? I did not feel at all heard a comment such as 'gosh I understand that it is annoying but I can't help it' would have been nice. In the end I had to pay, probe, I don't have that much money! I will not go back here, totally not relaxed this way of collecting money!
