Movedin - Inpak & Verhuisservice

Fantastic service, and extremely hard working. We were so pleased to have had them here to help us, and all of our possessions were handled carefully and professionally. They would be our first choice if we had to move again.

Since the start of my interaction with Movedin the customer service has beed lacking. Don't get me wrong, they are very fast in sending you an attractive quote but unfortunately this is where it stops. After arranging for the moving boxes to be delivered on a specific date and time, I was very hopeful for it to be delivered on time but unfortunately this did not happen. They arranged delivery for between 7 and 8pm, after staying at home to make sure we are there to receive it they never came. I contacted them around 8:30 and they advised me that they can only come at 10:30 (Never told me they were running late)... I told them this was a bit too late and they can come the following day. The boxes were only delivered 2 days later.... Moving day. They arrived at the time they stated and the move was okay, just a bit timely. After the move was done I noticed that my toolbox was missing and I contacted them immediately. They advised that they will check and come back to me with an answer the same day (They never did) I also requested that they collect our moving boxes on Monday. Contacted them the next day and I got a reply that they are still busy checking and that they will come back to me later in the day (This did not happen). When I phoned them yesterday they advised me that they were still checking and will get back to me later in the day with an answer and arrange collection of the boxes( again this did not happen). When I phoned them this morning they told me they could not find it and it seemed that there is nothing they can do. I requested to speak to a manager but was told that he is not available and would phone me back in an hour( yet again this does not happen). I have now phoned them 4 times today but they are not answering my calls and they still haven't arrange pickup for the boxes. Seems like they don't value they customers at all. the 2/10 rating was given purely for customer service and them losing my toolbox. The move went well and I would have given a 7/10 If you don't care about customer service, use them as they are good value for money. If you value good interaction with customers, stay away.

Very fast and efficient movers. No damage. Very professional. Would use them again!

Awesome

The coffee was ready for the movers, but they are such hard workers that the coffee skipped. After that they ended up drinking the coffee lukewarm that I respect, because I couldn't drink my coffee lukewarm. For the rest, the men did a good job and everything went as desired. We laughed a lot with the movers, they take away all the stress that comes with moving. In short, when we move again, we know who we are going to take again!
