I got my nails done here at first it seemed good and I was satisfied until one of my nails fell off. I was shocked what I saw. I have bacteria under my nail. So this has to do with incorrect placement or just being very unsanitary and I think it is the 2nd. Among other things, the file is simply used on many more people. This bacteria is very contagious so I fear someone who has been there has had this which is why I have it now. Never again that I will have it done here!

After 10 years of not doing anything to my nails, due to circumstances I did my nails for the first time in years. I'm looking for where I can share photos to show how terribly disappointed I am. And she was already busy with the next customer before I was ready. € 27 paid and with tears at home.

Very bad service! I came to fill my nails, I do it naturally every two weeks. Upon entering, I was not greeted by the staff. I had to wait for half an hour, and eventually I was invited to sit down and I was urged to take extra things, which would add extra costs. I didn't want all this just natural nails, the lady who did my nails was clearly noticeably frustrated by this. I finally left the house with all different lengths of nails, very dissatisfied I have never had such ugly nails. She sanded it very deep and eventually left it like that without toplayer or without polishing. The nails were filed so thin that they already started to crumble within 3 days and 2 were beaten twice. I would advise anyone never to go here! I had to put new nails within 3 days, this was pure waste of money! In short: very poor service, very poor quality

I am always very satisfied when I have my nails put here, especially the gentleman who works here does an excellent job, I make an appointment in advance so that I don't have to wait. Always very satisfied
