Restaurant Okay

I ordered salmon. I like my salmon a bit on the rare side. I told the waitress. When she brought out the meals for everyone (we were there with another couple), she explained she sent mine back because it was overcooked. Wow! That is great service. When she did bring mine, it was cooked just the way I like it.

As it was one of the favorite dishes of the maitre d' I ordered the linguine with gamba and... it was incredible!!! Definitely one of the best pastas that I had for a while! The staff is very accomodating and friendly, not pushy nor distant. It reminds me of how service should be (and how many restaurant staff these days don't seem to know what hospitality means). Okay is a jewl and located in a beautiful setting, a small yacht harbour with a gorgeous view! Definitely worth a try!
