Her turned out very differently than had been explicitly discussed and agreed upon before. Excuses and excuses why it was not successful and tried to come out under responsibility. If agreements for recovery were not met, they eventually had to have them repaired (by another) hairdresser (that only worked partly because could not undo things). Now it was still not what I wanted and as it had been agreed and I lost a lot of money because I had to have it repaired by another hairdresser, which only partially worked.
