Lousy organization, agreements are not kept and complaints are not taken seriously. Recently, as the daughter of a client, I was lectured quite rudely because since the covid outbreak I no longer took over certain concerns during my visit to my mother. This care falls within the range of duties of the Rivas, but I used to take it over to relieve the care workers. I have stopped doing this under the covid measures. The employee in question thought that was ridiculous, because I just come to visit (to provide informal care) and can still put on gloves to provide that personal care. Changed working method will not be communicated to the client and informal caregiver (s). This is going to go wrong soon!
