Worthless organization😠 If you hire a personal alarm system from Rivas Zorggroep with follow-up by their "professionals" and have to pay extra monthly for this, they refuse to provide care when you press the alarm button. Their response to the alarm: just call your doctor or an ambulance. And that calls itself a caregiver. Another response from Rivas staff: if you are not satisfied, you go to another. This is how clients who need help are treated.
