I was the next customer, about 30 minutes later another customer came in, even without an appointment. Apparently good knowledge of one hairdresser, they asked if I would mind waiting so that she could first cut the customer who came in later. Indicated that I am sorry because I had to pick up my daughter from school and I had been waiting for 30 minutes. Next I am called a weird person. So I will never come to Brainwash Alblasserdam again. You are therefore far from looking for customer friendliness.
