Counter staff not wrong, although forced change of medication (by insurer) has led to problems without any warning and, from a practical point of view, having medication taken by someone else who happened to be there was no longer an option. This is due to frequent hassle and lack of communication. The lady on the phone is a real disaster, doesn't listen, just keeps on flapping and does all sorts of things without consulting or asking from me as a patient. After finally calling for the umpteenth time I was accused by her of having caused problems by switching to another insurer (which is recommended by the DVN). This is really unacceptable. As a result, I now switched over immediately after having been a customer for more than 30 (!) Years. A pity, but just really necessary, it is no longer my pharmacy.

Blood sampling dock 11. I am there at 3:10 am. I am waiting for 3 minutes and is then sent away as the last with the announcement go to the hospital, I stop it. Simply outrageous, what a mentality, while I was really the last .... and sober. At the time she was raging at me she could have just pricked me. This is really not possible, sorry to say so, but what a shit you say !!!!

Very professional, centrally located center with skilled and skilled staff. From the therapists in various disciplines as to the all-important administrative support as well as the cleaners. All friendly and hospitable. You get the feeling that people are there for you and you matter. A relationship of trust is necessary for a good result. I myself have already progressed beyond what I expected. And am not there yet but that will be fine. The pharmacy so right next to it is also very pleasant. Also very professional and patient staff who think along with you about what is best considering the possible other medicines that you already use. Thanks everyone.
