My experience was very pleasant and I recommend everyone to undergo a physiotherapy treatment at Hans Groods. At least you are not treated like a number and you are helped individually. Reed.

Hans, Thank you for being ready for me today Hans Groos was contacted by telephone at the end of the morning. My back complaints explained. Hans immediately made time for me, by helping me in his lunch break. Took ample time to help and advise me well. Makes the same plan of action with follow-up agreements to help me get back on top as quickly as possible. Thank you for this quick approach, and see you on Thursday.

You not only look at the complaint, but also at the person, the underlying reason that this complaint has arisen and look at it further and not superficially!
