Domino's Pizza Hendrik Ido Ambacht

Ordered crunchy chicken strips today at 5:13 PM for pick up at 8:20 PM. I get a call at 8:13 PM that the chicken is finished and that I cannot pick up the order. Communicated nicely on time, I was already on my way. They can make something else for me, but no compensation is offered. I'm a fan of Domino's, but this is just not a service and incredibly unprofessional.

Tasty pizzas and delivered quickly, only what I really think is a pity, if you order 4 pizzas with dessert for more than € 50, - that you have to pay € 2 delivery costs for each pizza. Tie € 8, so outrageous.

Pick up sometime. Conclusion, the pizzas are just as tasty as they come to bring them 😉

Like a domino's should be! I think parking the bicycles of the delivery people in front of the door in bad weather is not a good plan. Don't park your car there! Perhaps the municipality should tackle this and make it more pleasant for the delivery people. Because as they do their work, as a passerby you don't want a dent in your car.

Tasty pizza and nice people. But bad that they don't even know the promotions. I received a card by mail today. It said: “It has been some time since you last placed an order with us. In order to introduce you to our products again, we offer the following: Use the promotional code and get the second pizza for 2 euros. It was even addressed with up there: "to the pizza lover at this address". So I thought, good action, nice let's order pizza immediately tonight. But unfortunately. The code did not work. It said something like: "the store you selected does not accept this code". So I called and they knew nothing. But nicely handled and delivered quickly. Class. Unfortunately again not possible to pin. But all in all, we enjoyed the pizzas. Perhaps better communication between the head office and the branch next time.
