MBO College Airport - ROC van Amsterdam

This place is amazing. The staff is really nice and the building is very big and nice

They have a complete check-in counter in the school and two 'mock-ups': cabins from, among other things, a Martinair Airbus. In it, upcoming cabin employees receive their practical lessons. Then there is the largest classroom in Europe: the airplane hangar. There, future aircraft technicians work on more than ten small and larger aircraft and helicopters. MBO College Airport is located in Hoofddorp, near Schiphol Airport. The school is easily accessible by public transport. The bus stops almost at the door. You can park there for free.

I followed the aviation services course (the 3.5-year course) and passed the course last January. After 3.5 years of doing my best and 6 stages further, the moment was finally there! That well-deserved piece of paper would be mine after 3.5 years of toil. Unfortunately, the Corona virus came into play and the graduation ceremony was "rescheduled", it is now the end of August and I have not received an email with congratulations or something like that. In fact, I was allowed to collect my diploma myself, by myself at the desk, sign it and leave. I never received a message or email from my SLB again. My mail account and portal account were deleted and that was the end. 3.5 years my stinking best for that diploma that I now also have no use thanks to the corona. There is no prospect of an aviation job. As you may understand, I am deeply disappointed that this is how I and many of my fellow students had to say goodbye. To my horror, I just saw on the facebook page of the school that the new students are being welcomed with balloons, etc. In addition, I also saw that a diploma drive thru was organized for the graduates. We have never been informed about this and were therefore not able to participate, which would have been nice .... I strongly advise against this school because my experience is that they promise you the world, but in the end you only have misery On.

MBO College Airport ... you are making a big mistake with the graduation ceremony! On Thursday morning I will talk to you extensively about the possible date in October of the graduation ceremony ... an hour later my dear son is texted to ask if he can come to school immediately ... he suddenly gets his diploma from the hands of a strange person with a great goodie as the summit bag that makes a child from the playgroup very happy ... But oh well ... actually fitting with the chaotic, poorly organized, childish education he was able to enjoy here. Fortunately, the diploma is in the pocket. But no ... not recommended.

Nice school, very spacious. Due to corona, there are almost no people present. The school has been renovated, mainly on the interior.
