I took a jacket for cleaning and they totally ruined it. Previously, I took a water proof jacket for cleaning, they promised to water-proof it after the cleaning and charged for it, but the jacket gets completely wet under the rain. They take no responsibility for anything, you will only get an "I'm sorry...". Find somewhere else to take your cloth cleaning.

I took a lightweight duvet jacket for cleaning and they totally ruined it. No responsible at all. I do recommend go somewhere else!!!

I had an emergency repair and they helped me right away; I could wait for it for 8 Euro. Fantastic!
