Shoeby - Sassenheim

Unfortunately I have a very annoying experience at this store and they are not willing to think at all! They are a DHL Point where you can send or return your packages. They take care of your packages. After submitting my two packages, I was asked for my e-mail address. After spelling it, they indicated that I would receive a shipping confirmation by email. Unfortunately I still did not have this after an hour and I immediately called them to ask how it was. A lady told me that I had to be patient and that there is sometimes a delay. Well, fine, I thought it will be fine. The next day I still had no confirmation and called again. To my great regret, I was told that the packages were gone by now and that they cannot do anything for me now. In fact ... it was a good lesson for me too! Here really go where my neck hairs stand on end. They can also mean nothing more to me and they send me to DHL without proof of shipping. What the hell can I do ???? Packages worth 150 euros sent without proof of shipping !! I secretly hope for a solution and I promise to remove this bad review. I hope to hear from you!
