Excellent location nearby everywhere, site receptionists are excellent service but they need to pay more attention to the maintenance of the room because my room the main door is very hard to lock and unlock and there is a lamp (hallway) no working.
We book a room for 4 persons and instead we had two rooms.... Family with 2 childrens... We didn't use the second room we didn't had our refund also and the reason us they said was becouse the booking was nonrefundable.... The charge was for two rooms and we had book one.... After few hours from our check in a person from the personal was in to our room with out knocking door.......
A few days after the hotel charge our credit card again with out any information with 12 euros costs of the parking place that we didn't use..... For that price you can found something better, cleaner and not with the smell of weed everywhere...
Great communication with staff. Bedroom was nice and clean. The hotel is on a beautiful place, in the center of Leiden.
Old building, old furniture, old rooms, no elevator, mediocre sanitary facilities.
Great location! If you can book this room cheap, and refrain from high expectation, it's just perfect.
Service was good, Hotel was clean, room, bathroom and bed was huge, heating was adjustable to suit your own comfort, which I thought was great... Shower and hot water was great.... Couldn't ask for much more except...
Stairs where steep (as you would expect in Holland) but no lift... After a long day of travelling we found it hard to get our luggage up them
Room decor is dated although clean
Only had one door on wardrobe but I think to be fair they are in the process of repairing as the new parts were outside our room
All in all good value for money and would definately stay again
