Do talk to the study advisor before you pay for any courses. I believe the woman I spoke to snapped at me because she doesn’t have enough information for the course and also I don’t speak Dutch. She asked and I quote:’ what do you want to know what, what works?’ Very bad attitude and the answers I got from her was clearly bs answers so she can enroll me. She asked if she can sign me in for only 5 times during the conversation. Maybe they work on commission. They certainly don’t understand how important it is to make a choice of study.

Highway robbery. Can't believe this is an educational institution. Don't fall bait to their so-called 'trial period". They will send you a facture and you haven't even tried the product yet. Plus a 2nd and 3rd reminder to pay. Even if you haven't started using or opening the course pakket yet. Avoid at all costs. Regretted signing up. I wish I saw the Google reviews first...

Very bad ... discouraged, watch out, scammers. I have taken legal action for being fooled while standing in my own right. For that kind of thing you are really wrong with me, I don't pay a cent .. I indicated within 14 days that I was provided, I have not signed an agreement and have not been logged in anywhere but I have received books 😂. And also a payment reminder well not seen me.

WARNING / WARNING Registration = lost your money. Do you sign up? You loose your money. The NTI sends your study materials much too late and does not activate all the services that you need to use to start your training until a month later, so that you are more than a month behind before you start. If you are dissatisfied, you are out of luck, you have to pay otherwise you will get fines on top. It is impossible to talk to and canceling makes no sense because you have lost your money anyway. So you want to do a training or course at the NTI? If you have not received anything within the trial period, CANCEL IMMEDIATELY. WARNING: Did you sign up? Make sure that if you didn't receive your books or if any of the services haven't been activated yet, CANCEL IMMEDIATELY. YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY.

With 1 month overdue payment you will be immediately unsubscribed and your account frozen. Your payment will be forwarded to the collection agency where you have to pay in one go for the entire year. In the meantime, you cannot access your account to continue with school, so you will also incur a minimum delay of 3 months. They don't give you access to your account so they double screw you. Customer focus and service are hard to find.
