About 3 months has been the prettiest hair I've ever had, it was soft, shiny, very easy to style and it stayed in shape too. After that it deteriorated rapidly. It was still very soft but it didn't stay in shape anymore, went very wide and all the hair got stuck together, it was like angel hair you put in the Christmas tree and it hardly dried anymore. I used the accompanying care and did nothing special, only used the straightener and the curling iron but never without a heat protection spray and a serum of their own brand. After 4 months I had it removed.
