We had an appointment to see a vehicle. We arrived early. The guy we arranged to meet said he was busy with someone, but would not be long. We stood around waiting for about 20 minutes; finally his manager came over to say they would be 5 more minutes. As it turned out, after waiting for +-50 minutes this guy was sitting at his desk, and would not help us until our actual appointment time. Its is quite shocking that even though there was not single customer in the dealership, and we saw at least 4 salesmen, not 1 was able to assist us. I came there to buy a car, and they just sat at their desks. They also just let us walk out. Unbelievable that AUDI, an international company, would treat their customers like this. What an absolute disgrace!

This week made an application which they offer. Got a friendly phone call first for some extra information. The next day was at odds with the previous conversation. Basically, people don't really want to trade in, yes trade in based on their purchases from the factory in Germany. that is comparing apples with pears. Only this shows that people prefer to do business via the factory in Germany than deliver new cars via PON, because if you do that you can never trade in again because your car is worth a lot less at Maas. They screen with prices at which their cars buy from the factory and therefore actually say: we are interested, but then you have to depreciate your car very quickly more than half way ... This was different in the time of "van Beynum" but good that is unfortunately noticeable in everything. So for us again a very bad experience with Maas Autogroep.

I have been driving a beautiful Audi Etron for 4 months now. Super nice car. Have a number of extra options fitted. Very well helped by Lucas. The workshop is very professional and complies with all agreements. They would like to wash my car at every service. I'll bring the car clean, of course.

At the beginning of this week we were able to pick up our Audi A3. We have been helped very well by Lucas. As a young couple, we felt understood and taken seriously. The small miscommunication that had arisen was quickly rectified and that gives confidence. In any case, we are very satisfied!
