I prepaid everything online. When I received the invoice I noticed I was overcharged by €60 (roughly 10% more) for no apparent reason. I have been trying to get a hold of them, twice a week, by phone, my email... nothing. Perhaps they think it is good service to take more money than they should (just because they can) without providing information. I guess this is the last time I give them the option.

I reserved a few weeks in advance and got a great deal for three days. The day before my rental, I got a call saying I'd been upgraded to a larger, more comfortable and brand new vehicle. Staff was very friendly, timely and no surprises in billing. I'll rent here again.
