Place an order through Blokker on 9 January. January 19, Speelodijk (Blokker partner) asked when the order would come because my rabbit desperately needed the house and I had just ordered from Blokker because of the short delivery time. January 20 had contact with toy dike again. January 22 had contact with toy dike again. I'm really excited about the house. Carrier cannot find my package and a new package is being sent. Can take another week. On January 24, I was in touch with Speelodijk again. My rabbit has passed away. Don't need the house anymore. Company would contact Blokker to cancel order. January 28. Another mail was sent to toy dike. Nothing more was heard from Odijk. Then several times contacted Blokker and they contacted their sales partner again. 4th of March. Still nothing has been heard from sales partner.

Placed an order via bol.com at the beginning of December 2020. No delivery after two weeks. Contacted cuddly shops (toy dike) by mail, without reaction. Then I called and the lady told me that they would definitely send the package the day after. Meanwhile, it is the end of January 2021 and still nothing has been delivered. Chance that bol.com does help its customers and immediately proceeded to a refund. It would be even better if this supplier were banned by bol so that no more duped customers would join. Worst experience I ever had with online shopping. Tip: stay away from this supplier and get your stuff elsewhere.

Company does not deliver what they promise. Product ordered is not at home (and certainly not tomorrow, as stated on the site). They cannot be reached by phone (you will receive a tape that you must email). The first two emails I sent were answered quickly, they promise that the product will be delivered today, or else tomorrow. But if you ask for a track and trace, they will not deliver. Do you want bad service and no product? Then this is your store.

After the order we received an email that the rocking horse could expect the next day, but no track and trace was added in the email. The phone is not answered and e-mails are not answered. Unfortunately, I now read this in more reviews, if only I had read them earlier! What a bad company to deal with your customers like this! I do not advise anyone to order something from Toys Odijk !!

I have been waiting for a refund of a swing I returned for more than 8 months. Despite the fact that I have already sent about 20 emails about this, and I have even received confirmation from Toyodijk that I have received the swing back, it seems that this party wants to earn / steal money in this way.
