From an animal shop with the name Dierenparadijs I expected to be well advised on the purchase of two goldfish. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Both fish died in a very short time after purchase (the first after less than two weeks). In a telephone conversation with an employee, I clearly indicated the symptoms (no straight dorsal fin, hanging lifeless on the bottom, swimming on the side) the fish showed and asked what could be the matter. The employee indicated, after consulting a colleague, that she did not know. I then called the big competitor with the Z in the hope that I would be better helped there. During this telephone conversation I became a lot wiser, I received good advice about setting up a new aquarium and the necessity of using a filter. I was also told that unfortunately many animal affairs fail to give this important advice, so there is a good chance that the fish will die in a short time after purchase. I also think that the animals (especially the birds) have a rather small stay for an animal paradise.

Staff is always friendly and if you have questions about your animal they almost always have advice. Toppers!
