What a great staff working there at Rabobank and how helpful they are ...... for the holidays in sept credit card requested .... .with a helpful desk clerk ...... helped so much ...... absolutely great. We had registered for a meeting with the 3 sisters in Veenendaal ...... but unfortunately we had to cancel because I had an accident on the way home on the bus, leaving 2 fractures in my spine. Two days later we were called that they have put us back on the list for a meeting in January ...... what thoughtful. But a few hours later, the florist came with a fantastic beautiful bunch of flowers ..... what do you think of whom that was yes from the Rabobank employees ..... thank you again .... in a word great. We hardly use this account as a residents' committee. Therefore, after a long time tried to log in again and entered the wrong PIN code three times. My mistake! Then everything has been blocked, so just went to the Galvanistraat office to undo this. I put down my card, random reader and ID and ask what she needs. Only pass and and ID. When returning my ID and bank card, I also take the random reader from the counter again. I drove past a Rabobank ATM so that the account is available again, but unfortunately I still can't do anything because the random reader no longer works! I must have a scanner! Thank you for NOT sending that thing automatically and NOT reporting it to the counter !!
