On July 24, I visited the "Kruidvat branch in Bilthoven" de Kwinkelier ". There I suffered serious damage from pure chlorine. This agent was ready for the consumer as a disinfectant for the shopping baskets. I had no suspicion that I cleaned the basket with it. This has caused serious damage to my sports vest I have submitted a claim but unfortunately I do not hear anything about the damage report. After this report, everything accelerated. And it is resolved. Thank you very much for that.

Error in ordering system of in this case Trekpleister. Delivery address adjusted during order, but has not been adopted. Then it appears that the order can no longer be changed or canceled. Customer service does not want to respond substantively to my comments. I would have liked to receive a normal substantive response instead of taking it off by repeating that it is not possible and that no other answer or reaction is possible. Very bad. Kruidvat has the same system, they recently canceled an order because they wanted it, not something I wanted. So you can suddenly cancel. In addition, due to the busy time, the shipping will only take about a week, so time enough to adjust something.

Unfortunately not really received a good feedback about my idea. Ideas day at a.s. Watson means not presenting an idea. But a ready-made product.
