My machine broke when using the 1st Oceano cup. Emailed this for your information and asking if I might be able to get a refund of the cups as I couldn't use them anymore seemed reasonable. I got an anti-social email back and then they just ignore me. Response to response: I already sent several photos by myself in my first email. Furthermore, my response was indeed below: "I would love to send a video. I think (especially at this moment and the current events / corona) it is unnecessary to stay at home every moment and have people over, especially with just a day notice. Of course it is possible that it is our machine, but the claim that the coffee works in every nespresso machine is then incorrect, I think my request to credit the money paid is a very reasonable request, after all I am not asking for compensation for the broken pump of the Nespresso machine. I would like to suggest sending a video. You haven't even responded to this email. I also regularly descale my machine. The cups are so full of coffee that they cannot be pressed, possibly that the pump cannot handle it.

Delicious coffee for a fair price. With great pleasure we use the beans from KoffieMasters and drink this delicious coffee. Highly recommended for anyone who likes good, tasty, environmentally friendly, fair trade coffee
