In line with previous negative reviews:
Late delivery - Casual / Laconic employees - Poor communication
- delivery expectations are not met
- stock status of products on the site is incorrect
- bad communication (if I hadn't called twice myself, I wouldn't have heard from them in the meantime
- the delivery is ultimately two times late (because of this after the birthday of our son who they knew was on Friday and they had promised after the first late delivery that they would send part of the order so that it was Friday would be there).
No more Bruder order for me with this company .....
Yesterday we went to this store especially for toys. It is well worth the drive and see the toys.
Were kindly received and helped. Had good advice !!!
