I once had a bouquet made with 20 roses. During the compilation I saw the girl make a movement that made me feel like she was throwing something away. Counting the roses while walking to the car. Yes, 18 pieces. I returned and stamped and received a new bouquet. It is possible that buttons have broken off, but then you say that right? Not secretly stashing away? Since then I always watch when I have a bouquet made. What I don't like is that there is a whisper about the price if there was no ticket attached. I have also experienced several times. That immediately gives me a gut feeling.

Lots of choices. A beautiful bouquet was made for me on the spot. Good quality, bouquet has stood almost two weeks. 👍

Very customer-unfriendly owner: ask for money for plant legs and throw away the old plant. Never experienced. The price for this was almost double that of the plant itself. This is not good for me because I was not informed of this price in advance. Then the choice would have been mine. I understand that I have to pay for planting a plant, but not such a large amount. The way the owner subsequently communicates is very unfriendly.

Very nice flower arrangements, reasonably priced and the vase is reusable. The flower arrangements are nicely formatted with a creative vase or pot, very nice and original gifts. Good service and customer friendly. Unfortunately it was one of the vases in the arrangement destroyed, this I reported and returned. I immediately received a new vase.
