Great location. Just a pity you have to find your gompes for a late night entrance. Once inside, via the car entrance, a payment terminal is almost impossible to find. Signage really can be much better here.

Yesterday it occurred to me for the third time in a month that the 1.25 hours of free parking at 25 euros or more on groceries at the supermarket did not go well at checkout to the payment of the parking garage. The 1.25 hour was not deducted from the total parking time and I had to pay 6 euros (daily rate!) At the machine. The last two times I left it at that, but now it became too much for me. After raising this with the service desk, the manager was called in. She walked with me to the parking garage and saw that it was not correct, on which I received the full 6 euros and a bunch of roses from her. Very nice, but where is the error now? I think at the parking garage, where the machine does not handle this correctly. So good to pay attention to when paying for the parking ticket. And Q-Park, pay attention to this, because parking is expensive enough for you!

I had a parking subscription here for a few months. The doors should be locked in the night and only open with a pass or parking ticket. This is not the case. Everyone can walk in and out whenever they want. I also called several times about young people hanging around in the garage who go through the garage with shopping carts and skateboards. The answer was that parking was at your own risk. If you pay 125 euros per month, you expect a parking garage where your car is safe and not everyone can reach it. And especially that it is not used as a hangout place for young people
